CREATIVES: Tell Our Story

Help us build a clear, consistent public voice. We need creative minds to shape how the Co-op presents itself to the community - and study what the community wants to see from US.

  • Skills: Graphic design, social media, writing, data analytics or market research.

  • The Goal: Help create newsletters, and visual content that grow our membership. Research what Winchester wants to see on its shelves.

EXTROVERTS: Grow the Movement

If you love face-to-face connection, talking with neighbors, and attending events, this is your jam!

  • Skills: Event planning, volunteer coordination, community organizing, grant research, or fundraising.

  • The Goal: Run info sessions, coordinate tabling at local events, and train new volunteers.

NERDS: Build the Systems

Ensure our digital and physical operations are reliable, secure, and user-friendly.

  • Skills: IT, systems, policy development, business planning, vendor sourcing, or non-profit governance.

  • The Goal: Manage our internal tools, protect member data, and provide tech support to the team.

How it Works

  • Volunteer-Led Execution: While our Board handles governance, our workgroups are where the day-to-day execution happens.

  • Low-Barrier Entry: Workgroups allow you to participate deeply without the immediate need for the formal contracts required at the Board level.
